Somatic coaching is the practice of bringing mind and body into communion. Together, we gently tap into the wisdom of your body to create lasting change in your life. Our bodies store emotions, memories and tension that shape our behaviour.
By connecting with this wisdom, somatic coaching helps you discover where your past is still alive in your body, release stagnant energy and old patterns, so you can tap into your true potential, reconnect with your innate goodness and feel greater joy, harmony and alignment in your life.
