Having spent over 20 years in corporate roles, I understand first-hand the demands, expectations and invisible pressures that can, over time, lead to chronic stress and burnout. (I’ve been there!)

Through proactive, confidential 1:1 coaching in the form of ‘Decompression Sessions’, I help organisations support their people before they reach crisis point. Helping them build emotional resilience, nervous system awareness and long-term wellbeing from the inside out.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that stress isn’t just in the mind - it lives in the body. By offering a safe, space for reflection and regulation, employees can reconnect with their inner resources, manage pressure more effectively and sustain their performance and wellbeing over time.

In addition to individual coaching, I also design and facilitate engaging group workshops that are playful, insightful, and create opportunities for growth, transformation and authentic connection across teams..
